The Horrors Of Facebook

A few days ago, I received a Facebook friend request from Tara Wallehoringer.  I don’t know this person, but I clicked “accept” anyway.  I pretty immediately found out that this Tara person was a 14-year-old girl.  I cancelled our “friendship” and sent her a message.  The following is a screenshot of the back and forth messaging that followed.  I did not make this up, I did not photoshop this, it is real. 

 

She has not responded yet, and I hope she doesn’t, because that means she may have learned her lesson.  Also, I’d just like to say, what is it with tweens liking me?  Tweens LOVE me, and apparently I don’t even have to meet them first.  Personally, I think it probably has something to do with the fact that I’m so much taller than some of them.

But seriously, Tara, wise up.  If I were a different person, I could so easily track you down.  Not only does Facebook contain a wealth of information about people, but (as my sister pointed out) your last name is “Wallehoringer.”  You are probably the only “Wallehoringer” in central Ohio.  So I now not only know your name, but I could know your address or phone number or e-mail or school district or even (god forbid) your favorite quotes.  And then I could use that information and be absolutely weird with it.  You like to meet strangers?!?  You’re FOURTEEN!  Have you not ever heard of “Stranger Danger?”  Even if you have, there’s something else you should know about, and it’s called “Facebook Rape.”  I’ve very seriously got half a mind to look up the Wallehoringers and tell your mom what you’ve been doing.  But I won’t, because I’m super hip.  I’m also glad only five people read this blog and that none of them are creepy, because they would now know you’re totally into meeting strangers.

The Devil's Sea

There are some places in the world where strange incidents take place, where people say they see things that they shouldn’t, or hear things that are extraordinary. Then there are places where people and things simply vanish into thin air. Such disappearances occur in a place called the Bermuda Triangle, located in the Atlantic. There have been many odd disappearances. In fact, every plane, ship or anything that passes by that particular area vanishes.

  A few opinions that there are aliens in the Bermuda Triangle, or maybe it is cursed. Or is it the magnetic field? We don’t know which of these rumors is true, as the belief depends on the persona himself, that is, whether or not he or she believes in the Supernatural or aliens if not science or anything else. Similarly there is the Devil’s Sea, located close to Japan. The Devil’s Sea, also known as Dragon’s Triangle, The Formosa Triangle and The Pacific Bermuda Triangle, is a region of the Pacific around Miyake Island, about 100 km south of Tokyo. The size and area varies with reports placing it 70 miles from an unspecified part of Japan’s east coast 300 miles from the coast, and even near Iwo Jima, 750 miles from the coast.

This particular area is referred to as a danger zone on every single Japanese map. According to Charles Berlitz’s books in peacetime years, 1952-1954, Japan lost 5 military vessels with crew of over 700 people and when the Japanese government sent a research vessel with over 100 scientists to study the Devil’s Sea, this research vessel also vanished. Scientist say that it is the magnetic field of the Earth which pulls everything to the center of the planet.

They have made assumptions that this magnetic pull only exists in some region of the world and as they are very hard to come by, everything disappears or is sucked in by the earth when we do cross its path. God only knows what else lurks in the universe.

Is Online Shopping In Pakistan Really Working?

 I’m going to talk about online shopping in Pakistan. Well if we say that people don’t buy things online in Pakistan, then it would be right. Pakistani people don’t believe in Online Shopping. Because they think that online shop or website is fake. Moreover hackers are there in Pakistan, even today people are losing their online transaction money. Sometimes when a person in Pakistan goes for cash withdraw, he comes to know that there is nothing in his account.
Besides this there are few websites which sell online stuff in Pakistan. There is site whom owners sell clothes online. But by seeing repute of online selling business in Pakistan, they sat another way of buying products called “ pay on delivery” it means that order something and don’t pay that time but pay rupees of product on delivery, when someone from company delivers it to your home. By calculating that which way is more preferred by people. We have come to know that about 95% products are being sold by “pay on deliver service”.
By reading article we have come to know that currently online shopping is not being preferred.
And hackers are not being taken seriously, Pakistani government is doing nothing to find out and catch those hackers. In Pakistan 100’s of social media ID’s are being hacked in one day but there is no one who can find and catch those hackers.
At the moment online shopping is a failure in Pakistan.
